What Is Included in a Private Tour?
Every private Lima Bici tour includes: a certified bilingual guide, quality bike fitted to your height, helmet, local food and drink tastings, all cultural activities, professional photography throughout the tour, and basic travel insurance. There are no hidden extras — the price quoted is all-inclusive.
How Far in Advance Should I Book?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to guarantee your preferred guide and language. For large groups (10+) and fully custom itineraries, a week's notice is ideal. Last-minute bookings (same day or next day) are sometimes possible — contact us via WhatsApp for availability.
Can I Combine Multiple Neighbourhoods in One Tour?
Yes — one of the advantages of a private tour is the ability to combine routes. A popular option is the Full-Day Lima experience: morning in the Historic Center, lunch break, then the coastal loop through Miraflores and Barranco in the afternoon. Contact us to design your ideal itinerary.
Private Tours for Non-English Speakers
Our guides are fully fluent in multiple languages. French, Spanish, German, and Portuguese are all available. For French-speaking travellers especially, we have experienced guides who can deliver the full tour commentary with the depth and nuance that simultaneous translation cannot provide.
Cancellation Policy for Private Tours
Private tours can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before departure. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a 25% fee. In the event of extreme weather or circumstances beyond our control, we reschedule at no additional cost.
Corporate & Incentive Groups
Lima Bici Tours has experience with corporate groups of up to 25 participants. We manage logistics, catering, custom branded jerseys, and full photo/video coverage. Invoices and formal proposals are available on request. Contact us with your group size and desired experience.
