Our commitment

At Lima Bici, we fully assume our responsibility as a tourism operator in Peru. We adhere to the Code of Conduct for the Protection of Children and Adolescents against Sexual Exploitation in Tourism and Travel (ESNNA Code), an initiative promoted by MINCETUR (Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism) together with the Ministry of Women and Vulnerable Populations (MIMP).

Official declaration

In this travel agency, we neither promote nor permit the sexual exploitation of girls, boys, or adolescents, nor any other criminal offense, in accordance with Peruvian Laws N° 29408 and N° 30802.

What does adhering to the ESNNA Code mean?

As a committed tourism company, we commit to:

  • Reject and condemn all forms of child sexual exploitation
  • Train our staff to identify warning signs and act accordingly
  • Inform and raise awareness among clients and suppliers about this issue
  • Establish reporting mechanisms and collaborate with authorities
  • Adopt contractual clauses that reject this practice in our business relationships
